*Note: Extra weeks have been planned in these sessions, therefore no make up classes are necessary. Students should plan to make up classes during the session for Labor Day, Memorial Day and Independence Day.
Policies
The dance year is broken into five sessions of either seven weeks or eight weeks. Each sessions' tuition is payable in full at the time of registration. You must register for every session by the first class. Late registration fees will be subject to a $10.00 late fee. No statements will be mailed. Payments can be made by check, cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover).
2. Missed Classes
No credit or refund will be given for missed classes. Classes must be made up within the same session. Those which fall on legal holidays must be made up in other scheduled classes. Finding an appropriate make-up class is the responsibility of the student.
3. Canceled Classes
Dance Center of LaGrange reserves the right to cancel classes and will issue refunds, at their discretion, in this case only. No other refunds will be given.
4. Class Observation
Observation of any class is by appointment only and must be arranged in advance. A parent or legal guardian must accompany children under the age of 18. Consent of the instructor is necessary for all observations. There will be regularly scheduled observation days.
5. Registration Fee
There is a $25.00 annual registration fee.
6. Photography Release
All images taken by the Dance Center of LaGrange are subject to use for advertising purposes without royalty. Parent/Guardian signature on registration form constitutes the release of such photographs.
